At Midtown Lawn Care, we offer a variety of career opportunities with room for growth within the company. Here’s a brief overview of the different roles available and how you can advance within the organization:
Crew Member
Works directly with the Foreman. Follows their instructions and makes sure they are doing everything up to Midtown standards.
Foreman
Works closely with the Landscape Production Manager and is responsible for leading a crew of 2-4 to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects while maintaining Midtown’s high standards.
Office Staff
Handles phone calls and emails
Irrigation Specialist
Responsible for overseeing all irrigation projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems.
Production Manager
Oversee multiple foremen to ensure efficient and accurate completion of jobs.
Office Manager
Oversees office staff and handles scheduling, invoicing, and payroll. Works with production managers and account managers
Account Manager
Responsible for sales and client management, including creating proposals, meeting with potential clients, and coordinating with project managers to ensure the successful completion of jobs. They work closely with the office manager.
Branch Manager
Oversee operations and team at their specific location, working with account and project managers to ensure profitability.
As for pay grades, we offer the following:
Crew Member
$14.00-$17.00 per hour.
Foreman
$17.00-$23.00 per hour
Irrigation Specialist
$19.00-$25.00 per hour
Production Manager
$23.00-$27.00 per hour
Account Manager or Office Manager
$50k-70k per year
Branch Manager
$70k-100k per year
